About Us

Seven Arts Center Afternoon Studio Classes   are off-site afternoon classes in art and music at the Seven Arts Center. We offer arts enrichment activities for students every day for a student in elementary and middle school to help develop students in their varied interests. Our classes run until 6PM (Pick Up Grace Period 6:15pm – after 6:15pm – $1- per minute).
Our classes are fully insured. Each Seven Arts Center class is led by one of our amazing artists or musicians, who is a working professional and educator. Every program has an assistant who helps supervise the guided play and structured activities before and after their enrichment classes, as well as providing support during their classes, too.

Why Art?

Why Art? Improves Student Achievement Children who receive art & music are four times more likely to be recognized for academic excellence. Creation & Innovation Art is a safe venue for children to express their individuality, reflect on how it connects with their life, dreams and ideas.
Problem Solving Art projects force children to create action plans and achieve project goals to create and finalize their art creation.

Age Assignment
Seven Arts Center Afternoon Youth Artists  are placed in small groups of 7-10 students  with other artists of the same age. We work to create a safe-space in which young artists feel empowered and comfortable. We offer a wide range of art experiences and projects as well as exposure to the artistic approach of multiple art instructors to create an environment that encourages individual growth and preference.

Ensembles & Groups
The goal of each group class is to prepare the performing artist for performance skills at the elementary and middle school level and to prepare the artist for further study, training, and performing at the college, university, conservatory, or pre-professional level. A second goal of this course is to introduce the student to the various expressions through music and  an understanding and appreciation of the arts in world cultures. This class combines performance experience, audition skills, composition, and historical as well as cultural appreciation of the arts.
